No. 73525/NGBI (1) / 2017 rejecting the representations of the petitioners to include their names in the promotion panel for the post of Inspectors of Police for the year 2017 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote petitioners as Inspector of Police by including their names in the above Panel for the year 2017 by considering their seniority as S.I. of Police from the date of their temporary promotion made on 4.8.2017 and 12.7.2017 respectively of the petitioners withal attendant benefits within time frame.
