Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.--/2025, dated 14.07.2025, passed by the second respondent, quash the same, and direct the second respondent to consider the written objection, dated 14.07.2025, raised by the petitioner in

respect of the properties in S.Nos.82/1C, 82/1B, 34/3B, 34/3C, 34/2, 43/1B, situated at Ariyagoundanoor Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, by conducting fair and proper enquiry by affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, challenging the communication/proceedings, dated 14.07.2025, of the second respondent, whereby the petitioner's protest letter against the registration of the settlement deed in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.82/1C, 82/1B, 34/3B, 34/3C, 34/2, 43/1B, situated at Ariyagoundanoor Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, was rejected, indicating that the petitioner may approach the appropriate civil court.

2. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the filing of the present writ petition, the second respondent has, in fact, issued enquiry notices to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5, and, therefore, no further adjudication may be required in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.31460 and 31461 of 2025 are closed. 29.07.2025 NCC :
