ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to issue an order for regularisation of petitioner's house site measuring 3165 sq.ft. comprised in SF.Nos.212/1, 212/2, 212/3 and 213/3, Punjai Puliampatti Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 27.02.2021 in Regn.No.DTCP/P/1010255/2017 and petitioner's petition dated 05.05.2021.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the above application submitted by the petitioner seeking regularisation of petitioner's house site measuring 3165 sq.ft. comprised in SF.Nos.212/1, 212/2, 212/3 and 213/3, Punjai Puliampatti Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 2/5
