This petition has been filed to modify the following condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23799 of 2022 that ''the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.50,00,000/- (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned''

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is hailing from a very poor family and neither himself nor his family members are having any property in their name to give as security. Hence, he prays to modify the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner i.e., ''the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.50,00,000/- (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned'',

in Crl.O.P.No.23799 of 2022 order dated 29.09.2022 stands deleted and the all other conditions shall remain unaltered.
