O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Attur to consider the representation dated 30.08.2019 made by the petitioner and hand over the CCTV Footage recorded between 07.30 pm to 10.00 pm on 15.08.2019 at combined Court Campus, Attur.

2.Since the FIR has been registered on 16.08.2019 and the respondent police are on the process of investigation, it would not be appropriate to consider the prayer to direct the learned Subordinate Judge to hand over the CCTV footage to the petitioner.

3.Nevertheless, if the CCTV footage is required for the purpose of investigation, It is always open to the Investigation Officer to seek for such footage from the learned Subordinate Judge, Attur if available.

4.In the light of the above observations, the 1st respondent herein is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
