O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to pass appropriate orders for grant of group insurance amount pursuant to the proposal dated 17.10.2016 issued by the First Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the relief as sought by the Petitioner has been granted to the Petitioner and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
