This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order, dated 17.07.2023 in W.P.No.17040 of 2023 as follows 'the above said exercise shall be completed on or before 16.10.2023', instead of 'the above said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order'.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order, dated 17.07.2023 directed the respondents to include the petitioner in the panel for promotion as per the approved list prepared for the year 202223, within a period of three months. Now, the panel for promotion expires on 26.10.2023. If the petitioner name is not included in the panel, his chance of getting promotion will be affected since for subsequent panel already the charge has been issued.
