This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders by order of this Hon'ble Court on 23.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23186 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
