This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.21654 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022 In the said order, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has misplaced the order copy and hence the petitioner was not able to surrender before the jurisdictional Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I feel it is appropriate to grant further time by two weeks from today. 4.Accordingly this criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered and a period of two weeks from today is granted to surrender the petitioner before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
