This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21915 of 2022 to report before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
