Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent police to produce the body of person of the victim aged about 20 years by name P.S.Kanzul Iman, who is the petitioner's daughter before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue P.S.Kanzul Iman before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.The petitioner is the father of the detenue. A complaint was given by the uncle of the detenue stating that the detenue did not return back after going to college.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the detenue was actually produced before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Jurisdictional Magistrate on 10.09.2019. A statement has already been given by her to the effect that she has since married and the petitioner was aware of the aforesaid factual position.

4. Today, the detenue is produced before us. She has reiterated the aforesaid statement made earlier before the learned Magistrate. She has stated that she is aged about 20 years and she is happily married and living with her husband. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved.

5. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
