2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Mr. E. Sabarivasan learned representing counsel for Mrs. R. Rathna Thara appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has got objections in allowing this application.
4. The petitioner would aver that due to illiteracy and financial constraints, a delay of 192 days had occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
5.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 192 days in filing the above appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
