The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 420, 406 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1300 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that the second petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail before this Court on 05.08.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.20072 of 2014 and in respect of the first petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17341 of 2015 dated 20.07.2015, the first petitioner is not an accused. He further submitted that the summons has been issued by the respondent police, but there is no appearance for the petitioners.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
