This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.736 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21910 of 2025, dated 09.06.2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirupattur daily at 10.30a.m., on all working days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirupattur daily at 10.30a.m., on all working days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
