Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal made by the petitioner in Appeal No.A2/1601/2018 on 16.04.2018 and the enquiry conducted by the 1st respondent dated 18.05.2018 in pursuance of the notice dated 03.05.2018 forthwith.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal made by the petitioner in Appeal No.A2/1601/2018 on 16.04.2018 and the enquiry conducted by the 1st respondent dated 18.05.2018 in pursuance of the notice dated 03.05.2018 forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner filed appeal before the 1st respondent as against issuance of patta in favour of the 3rd and 4th respondents herein and it is pending in Appeal No.A2/1601/2018.

3. Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.A2/1601/2018 dated 16.04.2018, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
