This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Security Case SL.No.05 of 2020 dated 10.08.2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. A perusal of the proceedings dated 10.08.2020 revealed that, the petitioner was ordered to execute a bond for a period of one year. Now, the period of one year has been expired.
