O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the petition filed by the revision petitioner in G.W.O.P.No.70 of 2022 in an expeditious manner.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed the above Original Petition with the prayer to appoint herself as a guardian and to grant custody of minor daughter namely Sathvika, nine years old.

4. A perusal of the docket entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the notice to respondent has been served and the respondent also entered appearance and the matter has been adjourned for filing the counter from June 2022 onwards. Taking into consideration the main Original Petition is relating to the custody of the minor child, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Original Petition within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
