This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on para 5 (i) relating to deposit of the cheque amount, which has been ordered vide order, dated 23.07.2024 made in Crl. M.P. No.2881 of 2024 in Crl.

R.C. No.308 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court is not convinced with the aforesaid submissions and there being no other material to take a different view, no case is made out for modification and accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is granted further four weeks time from today to comply with the conditions imposed vide order, dated 23.07.2024 made in Crl. M.P. No.2881 of 2024 in Crl. R.C. No.308 of 2024.
