This Court while disposing of the present writ petition on 22.08.2024, had directed the respondents to pay the balance gratuity amount of Rs.1,10,162/- to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and the case was ordered to be listed today for reporting compliance.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo stating that direction of this Court dated 22.08.2024 has been complied with and the amount of Rs.1,10,162/- vide Cheque No.841178 dated 18.10.2024 was despatched to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter may be listed on 28.10.2024 for reporting realization of the cheque amount.

5. At his request, post the matter on 28.10.2024 for reporting compliance.
