Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents herein to Survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Natham Survey No.335/1 - 0.04.00 hectares property situated at Mudiyanoor Village, kallakurichi Taluk and Kallakurichi District on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 08.05.2023 within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court. 1/5

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his land and fix boundary stones in respect of Natham Survey No.335/1 - 0.04.00 hectares property situated at Mudiyanoor Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and Kallakurichi District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 08.05.2023.

2. The petitioner has submitted an on-line application on 08.05.2023 seeking to survey the land and fix boundary stones and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that on-line application of the petitioner for survey of land will be considered on its own merits and 2/5

appropriate orders will be passed.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 08.05.2023 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
