ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2015 against the said person and conduct proper and fair enquiry in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case has been registered in Crime No.45 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 307, 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
