The application has been filed seeking permission to examine further witness to identify the signature of the attesting witnesses.

2. It is stated that one of the attesting witness/senior advocate is indisposed owing to his age and ill health. The further attesting witness had unfortunately died. His son was proposed to be examined but his son is not available as on date and therefore, his wife is now sought to be examined as further witnesses.

3. Having heard the learned counsel, permission is granted.

4. The matter to be listed again before the learned Master on 10.11.2022, for examination of further witnesses as stated in the application. After recording evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
