ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial Court and the case has been posted to 25.08.2023, for examination of Investigating Officer before the trial Court.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner/Accused No.4 to raise all his defence before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
