C.M.P. Nos. 20971 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR85187 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 389 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs. 23,987/- in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Legal Service Committee, Chennai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
