Prayer in W.P.No.26354 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the management of the petitioner school dated 25.05.2023 which was duly forwarded by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.005719/A2/2023 dated 25.07.2023 seeking approval of S.Ismath Nachiya as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) from 11.02.2019 and consequently pay salary and all attendant benefits including arrears of salary.

These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the management of the petitioner school dated 25.05.2023 which was duly forwarded by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings' dated 25.07.2023 seeking approval of K.Muruganantham as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) and S.Ismath Nachiya as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) from 01.08.2018 & 11.02.2019 respectively and consequently pay salary and all attendant benefits including arrears of salary.
2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioners that the approval of the appointment of the teachers referred above were rejected by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.005804/A2/2023 dated 25.07.2023 and 2/4
Na.Ka.No.005719/A2/2023 dated 25.07.2023 respectively and as against which, the appeal has been filed before the second respondent on 25.05.2023 which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition seeking a direction to dispose of the appeals. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 25.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
