2. Heard Mr.L.Chandra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner was suspended from service on 27.01.2022 on account of corruption charges. The petitioner seeks for revocation of his suspension. He has given a representation on 28.09.2022 to the respondent for the said purpose. Since the representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2022, seeking for revocation of his suspension within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
