This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he/she shall appear before the Special Court for Executive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore everyday at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.till completion of trial, quite apart from the Court hearing dates by order dated 13.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10926 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
