Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner had died on 06.11.2020 after the filing of the Writ Petition and details of his legal heirs could not be ascertained. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated and it is clarified that legal heirs of the Petitioner shall not be precluded from applying for its revival in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
