ORDER
The petitioner herein has registered herself for counselling for PG Course under the Government Quota, both in Government Colleges and Selffinancing Colleges, and that by oversight she failed to submit her online application for management quota. The petitioner has now given her representation on 30.08.2023 for considering her candidature for the management quota.
2. Ms.Shubaranjani Ananth, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent, Mr.S.Wilson, learned counsel takes notice for the second 2/4
respondent, Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the third respondent and Ms.Sneha, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent makes a statement that the petitioner has not made any online application in any of the categories and that the online registration for all the categories has been concluded.
4. Since the petitioner has missed the bus this year, when she failed to apply online for counselling, this Court is not constrained to consider the case of the petitioner either, and hence, it dismisses the writ petition.
