This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 01.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18464 of 2024, viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
