This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in Crime No.206 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kairalabad Police Station, Ariyalur.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in the crime number investigation has been completed and the final report filed and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.206 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Fast Track Court, Airyalur, which also ended in acquittal because of the compromise entered between the parties. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
