The application has been filed seeking permission that the 1st petitioner, P.Sashi Kiran, to execute a bond in his capacity as Power of Attorney agent of the 2nd petitioner, P.Karthik, since the 2nd petitioner, after the order has been passed in the Original Petition, moved to Germany for employment. The Power of Attorney had been presented the document.

2. An affidavit has been specifically filed by the 1st petitioner, P.Sashi Kiran, Power of Attorney agent of the 2nd petitioner stating that the 2nd petitioner has the power to execute a bond in favour of the Assistant Registrar, Original Side of this Court.

3. In view of the said reason, the application stands allowed. Necessary steps to be taken by the 1st petitioner as Power of Attorney agent of the 2nd petitioner to execute necessary bond as is required.

4. The application stands allowed.
