ORDER
The petitioner/State had preferred the above appeal with a delay of 40 days against the acquittal of the respondents in Spl.C.C.No.31 of 2014 dated 07.03.2025. Notice was served to the respondents for filing their objections, if any, in condone delay petition.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the delay has occurred due to the procedure and getting permission from various authorities from the office of Public Prosecutor to the Secretary. Hence, it took some time. It is only an administrative delay and nothing more. He further submitted that earlier this case came up on 31.07.2025 and notice was ordered. On 18.08.2025, at the request of the learned counsel for respondents, the case was adjourned today and now all case papers served on the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents
have got objections for condoning the delay. However, the respondents may be permitted to raise all their points at the time of admission. 4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
