Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings dated 02.04.2025 which reads as follows : "Mr.D.Ravichander, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.P.Balamurugan, learned counsel representing Ms.B.Asha, learned counsel for R3 are before us.
