W.P.No18058/2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 5th respondent No.Nil, dated 01.06.2016 and to quash the same and consequently directing the 5th respondent to pass orders for promoting the petitioner to the post of Head master considering the eligibility, Seniority and meritorious service rendered by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
