Learned counsel for the plaintiff and the learned Advocate Commissioner are present.

2. The Advocate Commissioner has submitted a report stating that he was unable to get the buyers for the reason that the value of the property is high.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff suggested that an amount of Rs.1,80,00,000/- may be fixed as upset price.

4. Accepting the suggestion made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Court fixes the upset price as Rs.1,80,00,000/- for selling the property.

5. Post the matter on 12.08.2022, for filing a report by the Advocate Commissioner.
