ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2021 to cancel the settlement deed executed by second respondent in Doc.No.1570 of 2018, dated 17.08.2017.

Heard Mr.K.A.Prabaharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader first respondent.

respondent as against the execution of settlement deed by the second respondent in a fraudulent manner and it is pending. 4.

Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
