ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present writ petition has been instituted to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.06.2022 and remove the encroachment made by the 5th respondent in survey No. 272/25 and 272/26, Odhanatty village, Kotagiri Taluk, Nilgiris by implementing the order of the 2nd respondent dated 25.08.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the Tahsildar would submit that there is no encroachment in the subject land.
