This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 18.03.2016, it is seen that this petitioner is said to be the co-owner of a property, which had been given as collateral security to a financial company and on account of default, SARFAESI proceedings has been initiated. Now, it is contended by the petitioner in the present petition that she has not signed any document in respect of her share.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint does not disclose commission of cognizable offence for registering an FIR. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate her rights before the appropriate forum and if there is a finding that her signature has been forged by another person, it is needless to state that she can give a fresh complaint with full particulars together with the finding of the Tribunal.
