O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 28.01.2016 in CSR No.27 of 2016 dated 02.02.2016, to investigate the crime and to file a final report before the competent Court of Law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 28.01.2016 and the same was registered in CSR No.27 of 2016 dated 02.02.2016 on the file of the respondent police. But, the respondents have not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.85 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police has been registered for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
