ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner's son under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son, namely, Kumar @ Thadi Kumar was arrayed as accused in C.C.Nos.553/2001, 554/2001, 555/2001, 556/2001 and 20054/2004 and in all the cases, he was acquitted. He further submitted that the petitioner's son was detained as Goonda and subsequently it was set aside on 02.12.2011. But, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner's son under the guise of enquiry and hence, he pray for direction directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner's son.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's son is not required for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
