ORDER

The petitioner and the respondent solemnized their marriage on 19.06.2013 at Thiruvannamalai. From the wedlock, two girl children were born to them on 24.08.2014 and 28.10.2017. The custody of the children is with the mother. The respondent/husband has initiated divorce proceedings in

FCOP.No.141 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Thiruvannamalai. The petitioner/wife is a resident of Cheyyar. She pleaded her inability to travel from Cheyyar to Thiruvannamalai to attend the hearing because she had to leave behind two girl children. Hence, this transfer petition. Taking into consideration the interest of the wife, the transfer petition is allowed. FCOP.No.141 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Thiruvannamalai and is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court at Cheyyar. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
