ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 26.10.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Anand Rao, the police have registered a case in Crime No.21 of 2012 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 465, 468, 471, 419, 420 r/w. 32 IPC against 13 persons, of which, the the petitioner has been added as A13 and he has been released on anticipatory bail. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 26.10.2015.

4. In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued to the second respondent-police to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed.
