ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to register F.I.R in the complaint C.No.397/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2013 dated 22.4.2013, investigate and file final report in a time bound period.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner has given a complaint in C.No.397/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2013 on 22.4.2013 before the first respondent, and she has been visiting the respondents regularly, he had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.6.2013 itself and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has produced the closure report before this Court today and a copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus he prayed for dismissal of this petition.
4. Since enquiry has been conducted in respect of a property dispute and after conducting enquiry, the case was closed and closure report is also furnished, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
