This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 13.03.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 13.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed on 17.04.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
