This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 13.12.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner as of now on the file of the 2nd respondent and the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.

unnecessarily harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
