Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent the complaint to the respondents by post. He has also filed postal receipts to that effect. But, the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register the complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint sent by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.44 of 2016 is pending. 4.Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
