ORDER

The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw OS.No.151 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Vellore and transfer the same to the Additional District Judge, Ranipet District along with OS.No.68 of 2023.

2. The suit OS.NO.151 of 2023 which is pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore is a suit filed for recovery of money on the basis of pro note dated 08.07.2020. OS.No.68 of 2023 is a suit filed for specific performance of an agreement of sale, also of the same date, wherein the plaintiff would submit that the balance amount payable is Rs.5,00,000/-. Therefore, both the suits appears to be interconnected.

3. Considering the above and the fact that OS.No.151 of 2023 is 2/5

filed earlier in point of time, OS.No.151 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Additional District Court, Ranipet to be tried along with OS.No.68 of 2023.

4. The Transfer Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
