Crl.MP.No.13180 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.50113 of 2018 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 307 days in representation of the above criminal revision petition in Crl.R.C.SR.No.50113 of 2018 after complying with the return.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition the petition is ordered and the delay of 307 days in representation of the above criminal revision petition in Crl.R.C.SR.No.50113 of 2018 after complying with the return hereby condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the Legal Service Authority attached to this Court.

Once the entire amount has been paid within a period of one week, the Registry is directed to number the criminal revision petition if it is otherwise in order and filed within time list the same for hearing.
