ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court, upon hearing the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and on perusing the materials placed before this Court, in particular, the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 01.08.2016, is of the prima facie view that as against the said impugned order, the petitioner is having an effective and alternative remedy of preferring an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District and if the petitioner is so aggrieved, he has to move the Appellate Authority, viz., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
